Corporate Event Fees
Our Fees:
HALF DAY - £350.00
This includes 4 hours attendance including shooting time and any prep work involved.
All images supplied on CD (internet ready 72 dpi)
Online gallery
FULL DAY - £500.00
This includes 7 hours attendance including lunch break, shooting time and any prep
work involved.
All images supplied on CD (internet ready 72 dpi)

Additional hours - £40.00 (per hour)
Individual Portraits - £45.00 (taken at event)
CD of all images shot at event - £135.00 (print ready 300 dpi)
Online gallery is password protected.
Online gallery is available for 2 months after event.
Attendees will receive a password (with your permission) to order prints for an added extra to your event.
You can choose to have a backdrop set up at the entrance / exit of your event or
have candid shots taken throughout the event or combine the two.*
Pre-order 50+ photos before the event and receive them for only £7.00 each**
*(combining the two will be at an added cost of £100.00 as there will be 2 photographers attending the event).
** (this is a discounted price from the £10.00 that will be charged for photos ordered on the night).
Social Event Fees
First 3 hours - £130.00 (this is the set minimum payment you will pay, even if the
commissioned job is less than 2 hours)

Additional hours - £25.00 (per hour)
CD of all images shot at event - £40.00 (internet
ready 72 dpi)
CD of all images shot at event - £120.00 (print ready 300 dpi)
Online Gallery - £20.00 (for an added extra to your event)
Costs of any prints are dependent on size and quantity ordered.
Online gallery is password protected and is available for 3 months after event.
If you choose the online gallery we will give you the password to give out as you see fit, this will give your attendees the option to order their own prints.
